Shiro is a mutate whose powers come from Chi force. He can control this chi, which he can use to teleport, become invisible and create dagger like “chi blades”. In addition to these powers, he has a number of secondary physical mutations, making his body much more developed than a normal human. This means he is twice as strong and fast than most normal people, as well as having supernaturally acute senses.
