hulk needs to win in this. Unless if Hulk has some kind of personal grudge on Ghost rider, Hulk would be determined to win.

Ghost Rider is one hell of a monster hidden within.Only if Hulk was not innocent at that point..Hulk's soul would have been devoured by Penance Stare, guess brutal strenght wont save your soul after all...

Did you read the issue of World War Hulk where he faced Ghost Rider? It blatantly states that if Ghost Rider where to TRULY fight to kill the Hulk, Ghost Rider would win hands down.

I haven't seen that yet, but World War Hulk does appear to be putting out some good stories lately.
This picture was created as part of a draw-off contest where I chose a character (the Hulk) and I had to draw my character pitted against the character of the artist I was up against. The point being, I had no choice as to who I would draw winning the fight.

Oh, that's pretty interesting. Also, in the newest Trail of Tears issue Ghost Rider is shown sicking flaming zombie-like monsters against some people, so it may be plausable that he can summon demons. Just giving some feedback.

I don't think GR can even summon demons can he? But his Penance stare would beat the Hulk for sure! Imagine feeling every pain you've ever inflicted on anybody else, physical and emotional. That would crush the Hulk like a discarded cigarette bud! Anyway, Great job! I love the coloring and shading!

Couldn't the Ghost Rider use his stare to make Hulk feel all the pain he's ever caused to others.

uhh.. did hulk actually killed someone?.. cause GR cant use that stare unless hulk kills someone...
but if GR did use it.. Hulk will be dead.. ohh and good drawing

The Hulk doesn't have to have killed someone, just inflict pain and suffering to others. The Penace Stare causes the victim to feel every once of pain they've caused to others.

But if u make the hul feel the pain of every one he's ever hurt, you wouldn't kill him. You would make him stronger than he's ever been before, any kind of pain of fear or any thing that will make adrenaline pum make hulk stroger, and since hulk has infinite power, all that pain and suffering he felt would make him almost unstoppable!!

can't disagree with you there....
This was part of a drawing tournament, where in the beginning we each chose a comic book character, and would be pitted against another artist and their character of choice. I chose the Hulk for numerous reasons, one of which was that I thought it would be easier to have a character that could physically dominate most other characters out there.
Unfortunately the artist who beat me in that final 4 round, didn't even draw GR on his bike-instead he had him summoning demons to beat on the Hulk for him. Oh well
