Born to the Emperor Vulkanis and Angel Marcarita, Sangria showed signs of her divine heritage at a young age. Taken in to be raised among the celestial bureaucracy, her mortal half was not so easily shed as she often voiced frustration with the stricter rules enforced to her kind. She would use her half-mortal status to her advantage, allowing the young woman to skirt the regulations she despised most much to the chagrin of her mother and relatives. Secretly, however, Vulkanis could not have been more proud of her during the times he could visit and help raise his beloved daughter of the Heavens.
