Holy crap this took too damn long
And it turned out like 10x better then I thought it would. Jeebus christ, I forgot how much work goes into vector meshes. Reference:
Made with Adobe Illustrator CS6
99% Mesh Tool. Pen tool was used to make some of the eyelashes but that's about it.
Minor Edits
I changed the background out. The original was made at 3AM when I was tired a lazy and just wanted to be done with this thing. Really was not happy with it, so I went back and fixed it. Much better now. Also fixed up some odd highlights in the hair.
