Description
The second of the 3 final evolutions is complete. I'm mostly happy with how this one turned out. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the green in the hair. It's supposed to be more of an aqua blue, but they don't make a perler bead in those shades. Had to use the lighter greens in order to provide any contrast with the fins and tail.
