Last of Tetra's psi powers for now! ^^ PK Freeze!
This one is probably one of her most dramatic powers
It's also pretty effective on most of the enemies and has a good freeze rate-about 50% chance. Despite that, she doesn't really like using this one much-she says it makes her body feel too numb 
It's based off Paula's PK Freeze mostly...Had no idea what to do with the background for the longest time...
