Meet Link's first permanent teammate!
Tetraaaaaa! The coloring came out weird because the layers got messed up bahhh DXI was very stuck on her design, but I think this one reflects the setting of fantasy crossed with modern day the best~
And for those who play the Mother games, Tetra would be very much like Ana/Paula/Kumatora-being able to learn a wide variety of psi, but not having much physical capabilities beyond that.
Besides Pk Fire, Freeze, thunder, and several healing and offence raising and lowering moves, she will be able to learn some special attacks-some that are very similar to PK Starstorm...

Link is a downright gem and I don't think the other's designs will be as good as his design X'D
She doesn't get PK ground, but she DOES get a few other special moves
