"At the height of the Great Interstellar War, the New Republic's Southern Front with Outer Rim Confederation degenerated into barbarity as the use of chemical and biological weapons began to enter Confederate service. After the devastating bio-attack on Kashyyyk, a strike force consisting of the Jedi Knights Deba Jarrus and Kace Bridger, along with an assembled force of New Republic SpecFor and Mandalorian Supercommandos, were dispatched to raid and destroy selected bio-laboratories buried deep inside Confederate territory. What began as a simple operation would become... complicated, to put it lightly.
"We do not know where exactly the child later named Yodet came from. Some have speculated that he was perhaps a creation of Palpatine, combining the DNA of Masters Yoda and Yaddle, while others believe he was found by the Inquisition in one of their many purges. What is know however, is that he was discovered at an Imperial facility by Tyber Zann, and later moved to a new Confederate laboratory shorty after that government was founded.
"When Yodet was discovered, the mission and the obstacles therein changed. Deba and Kace discovered to their horror the dozens upon dozens of failed attempted clones of Yodet, and vowed to bring him to the Jedi and New Republic. After destroying the lab, the Confederation would dispatched many agents to reacquire the child. The worst of these were recreations of two of the most infamous of Separatist commanders, codenamed Durge and Necrosis.
"After weeks of eluding capture from bounty hunters, Night Sisters and worse, Deba, Kace and Yodet attempted to make their escape on Christophsis. Necrosis and Durge however, found them first..."

The Mandalorian is an awesome show, so we knew we had to find some way to incorporate it into our rewritten verse. Thus, this drawing began, incorporating elements from Star Wars Galaxies, such as the resurrected Durge and NK-Necrosis.
Additionally, you may notice that Yodet there is older than Baby Yoda. That is because very simple math (Yoda was 90 [18] when he was brought into the Jedi Order), we discovered that the little guy at 50 years would actually be 8 or 9, not the toddler we see in the show.
Hopefully, making the kid a bit older will cut down on the over reliance of the Lone Wolf and Cub trope.
And yes, Deba is Kanan and Hera's kid, and Kace is Sabine and Ezra's. No green headed children here!
