I've never put it out before, but Agent Nebraska sometimes likes to prank other Freelancers by using TTRs (Tactical Training Rounds) and modifying the heads on them to fill them with Indian blue ink and removing the anesthetic agents in them and shoot them at the other Freelancers during training. Due to the ink's color, it's nearly impossible to wash off. xP
