Mega sceptile for two reasons. 1. Sceptiles already have incredible feats and stats, mega evolution makes them even faster and more powerful. 2. pokemon have shown to be far stronger than even the best fit human, and this guy in particular doesn't have a lot of stamina to keep up with the majority of his peers.
