Deadpool is like, Unable to die. He can regenerate from specs of blood. If you leave any part of him behind, he can still come back, even just. Atoms
the crystal gems cannot come back if you poof them and then break their gems.Β
Deadpool has like a million weapons and is able to break the fourth wall, and again can regenerate, so even if he did get hit, its highly likely that he'd be able to Hit Them Back with enough force/enough times to Poof them.Β
Once he figures out that the gems can regenerate too, he'll probably decide to poof them again and Smash their Gems.Β
The gems might be able to fuse intoΒ Alexandrite (or any of the other fusions) and have more of a fighting chance though, But in order to get rid of him for a long time they might have to throw him into space or the ocean or just... Throw him Really Really Far.Β
But then it wouldn't be a "Death" battle because
He can't Die.Β
So... Even though the gems have more fancy powers and Such, This is still an uneven match.Β
Because one side can Die. The other one Can't.Β

I feel sorry for the gems. Deadpool wins, no contest. Someone with a healing factor that rivals Wolverine's and the ability to just come back to life after being killed is just not worth trying. Deadpool might as well rob a bakery because he takes the cake.

The gems are very strong and have thousands of years of experience, but Deadpool just can't fuck*ng die. If the gems kill Deadpool, he will come back, he always does. Inmortality aside, deadpool is crazy, and unpredictable, so unpredictable in fact that not even garnet (who has future vision) could figure out what hes gonna do next. And Deadpool's sheer insanity could mentally break Pearl. So in the end, i think deadpool could win, since he will always come back, and probably wont stop until the gems are dead.
