History: Rockefeller had a pretty decent life growing. One day on a visit to the Beau Kingdom and met a boy that looked very tired at first glance, but was really full of energy. With the permission of his parents, Rockefeller played with the boy around the Kingdom all day. Rockefellers new friend was Gawain. They were best friends ever since that day. When Rockefeller reached the age of twelve his powers emerged. At first it would crack the glass. By the end of the year, parts of buildings were demolished by the quietest whisper. Rockefeller wrote to Gawain about his problem. Gawain had the top scientists and surgeons working on the problem. They reserched his power and try many times to limit or take away his abilities, but failed. The most visible experiment is the knob attached to Rockefeller's neck. It worked for all of thirty minutes before short-circuiting and fusing to his neck. After four years, the scientist gave up and put an antenna on his head and a speakerbot in his hands. Rockefeller packed his things and was about to head out when a priest of the kingdom confronted him. He told Rockefeller that God must have given him this voice for some greater purpose. Rockefeller nodded and left. As Rockefeller approached his house he was a little excited to show his parents his speaker bot because he was practicing on the way home. Upon opening the door, Rockefeller saw a bloody mess. His parents had been murdered. He immediately went to the phone and tried to call the police and no one answered. Rockefeller went from house to house and into the streets of the city. Not a living body was to be seen. Then he saw that atrocity with eight arms and a pentagram on its forehead. It gave him a disturbing smile and an anger like none other gathered up in Rockefeller's chest. The monster instantly appeared before him ready to cut Rockefeller down. At that moment Rockefeller put his heart and soul into one deafening scream. The moster quickly retreated. After this event Rockefeller went to live with Gawain and his family. He started to vent his emotions through his music. At age eighteen Rockefeller unknowingly started to sing a song and his speech didn't affect the area around him. Everyone within the castle came to listen to his beautiful voice. At nineteen Rockefeller's eye had to be taken out because of cancer and the next year he picked up his guitar and left to become a traveling musician. Gawain decided to give him a going away gift. A gold-rimmed eyepatch and a newly developed nanotech suit since he wasn't very strong and his powers could hurt innocents.
Personality: Rockefeller is a pretty laid-back dude. He is always happy to play someone music. Rockefeller can also be a bit blunt.
Abilities: "God's Echo" His voice is filled with a divine power. The power changes depending on the emotion he puts into his words or the words he uses. The power has nothing to do with how loud he speaks. The sound just has to make it to whatever he is attacking. Rockefeller does not use his powers on fleshy beings because the aftermath would be disgusting. He would use it on a demon or robot though. He would only use it on a fleshy creature if it were absolutely neccessary. Like the person was super evil or something.
Weapons:
Color: Eyepatch is black and gold rimmed. He wears a undershirt and a short-sleeved green button-up shirt over it. He wears blue jeans and padded, brown Timberland boots. His eyes are blue and his hair is grey. The antenna is silver and has a red beacon.
