Funny enough, there's a tuxedo outfit for Agent 47 in Blood Money and Hitman 2016, the latter of which I used in an SFM poster I made where I posed Annie, Grace and 47 in a theatre.
As for the art itself, blame it on the fact that Oliver is wearing a red tie lol.

There are at least a few parallels between Absolution and Annie, come to think of it:
* Both Victoria and Annie grew up in unpleasant surroundings and is forced to do things against their will, assassination for Vicky and hard labour for Annie and her fellow orphans
* Both girls were at one point residing at an orphanage.
* Both were rescued by bald men who vowed to take the girls out of their nightmarish surroundings.
