I changed my mind, looking at it in small view makes it look a lot more like there is a focal point and such.
So forget that stuff. it just looks great. ^^.

I think the swirling color's in the forest give it a dreamy almost forbidden look 
I don't know that much about computer art so I am no help at critiquing
it but I love the jewell tones

It looks very good to me. I realy like the ghostly figure behind the trees there. The polar opposite title is very fitting as well. Will we be seeing more of this from you? Hope so.

i see warped trees, a ghostly visitor, and a hand reaching for what i believe is another face... this is interesting. i like it, although i do agree, it seems a little more like a nightmare than sweet dreams... still neat, though! good job

It looks pretty unsettling, more nightmare-ish than sweet dream-ish to me...
...All the same, it's got a lovely effect, and the shapes and the way the colours mix are just cool.
