It’s been a while since I drew my version of Mexico, so here she is! I made some minor changes from her original design. Her human name is Marisol Valdez.
I see Mexico as someone who likes fashion, girly, and shopping, but can have a mischievous, childish, and has a temper side.

It's highly speculated that Mexico will be a boy, but a lot of people wanted more female countries since there are already tons of male ones. For me, I just draw what feels right.

I think if Mexico was a boy,
you could get this kind of rivalry that's more based on whos 'more of a man'
Like in a whos stronger thing.
In my canon I think Mexico cares a lot about he's reputation,
and believes America thinks he's a low life nation,
but really America dosen't care because he's too into himself.
And theirs so much you could do with him and Spain.
It could be like America and England in the show.
But maybe instead of England never forgeting it and America seeming to be over it
It could be the other way around,
And Mexico won't forget.
And if I remember right just at the end of Mexican and Spanish war
is when Texas split off, So you could have older Texas wear glasas,
like America.
Theirs just so much one could do with this plot.
This is why I'm not the bigist fan of Hetalia.
They could do SO much with this plot and barely poke at it!
Not that I hate it, just that it could be better.
Oh, and if Mexico was a girl we could make funny wall jokes.
Like,
'I'd want you on my side of the wall any day baby!'
