Description
This is a clusterfuck of all of the mons I felt would fit into a Flying Circus setting I had thought up. I would basically be a town in the sky, akin to more extreme towns like Fortree City or Pacifidlog town.

Maroon and Gold being the main palette followed up by pastels for a clown-like, lighthearted feel.

This is roaming town is a part of my OC region, it's a literal traveling circus. This is by nature, a non-linear city and gym. It can be encountered at almost all stages of the game, badges 3-8.
