surely she's gotta be Bellona, the goddess of war from the work of that shy countryboy Virgil, the Aeneid xD


before meeting the Greeks, with their Ares, the romans had something like two war gods: Bellona was the full vicious and bloodcrazed one (like Ares), Mars was more like the god of farming aaand war, part time, half year going around with the plough, other half beating people, something like a big asskicking plowman


Honestly i don't remember where in the poem Bellona appears, but i'm pretty sure she's there, somewhere (from a certain point on it's a twister of mortal and immortal jerks punching each other in the face xD)

Haha,  That's awesome!  I'll have to look into that.  I have some plans for her and that's kind of what I wanted her to be a badass goddess of war.  Thanks for the heads up!
