what folder tweak are you using to enable it to go near-fullscreen like that? is it one, or is it just a background with icons made to look like it's a folder?

It is a modified version of FolderEnhancer.

Hey by the way, just went to install your Syrcles icons and the zip file doesn't seem to work. I paid with a few tweets and downloaded a few times but each time it seems to be corrupt. Chrome is picking it up as malicious, then trying to open the zip it says "invalid filenames". Happening with WinZip and WinRar both. Trying to get the iPhone icons.
