Description It was cloudy today and it looks like it's gonna rain soon. Kristina was out for a walk, wondering what she could do before it rains.

Kristina: Hmm. Maybe I could read a book from the library.

After saying so, Kristina goes to a nearby library to see what book should she read during the incoming rainy day. Once there, she goes to different shelves in search of a book she would like to read. Then, she finds one.

Kristina: Aja! *retrieves the book from the shelf* A Veggie Tales book. That should I read for this incoming rainy day.

It was, indeed, a Veggie Tales book, as it looks like from the cover and back. The book itself, however, looked different compared to the rest of the Veggie Tales books, in both design, colour and the font used. Kristina took the book to the person in charge of registering them, anyway, it was put into a bag and she walked back home to read it.

Once Kristina got home, she took out the book from the bag it was in... only to find out the book looked completely different. The book has turned into an older brown like one with a strange symbol on its cover.

Kristina: Huh? This doesn't look like a Veggie Tales book at all! It looks very different, and kinda dusty.

Despite that, Kristina decided to open the book anyway to check out its pages. Much to her surprise, all the words written on it were written in a strange language, maybe latin or something like that. A few words were still understandable anyway, but the fact that all the phrases consist on a few words and the language they were written on didn't help the understanding.

Kristina: I must've took the wrong book by accident. Better return it to the library.

But, right before she would get to open the door while holding the strange book, a note fell off it. Kristina notices the note and reads it. At least, what it's written in it was in english this time.

"This book has been believed to have magic powers to those who read its spells.
Saying the spell correctly will make its effects work. Some can be helpful, others may not"

Kristina: So it looks like this is a magic book what I bought from the library. I thought it was going to be something about the Veggie Tales. *looks at the camera* This is strange.

Thinking the book she bought was magical, Kristina started to check the pages again, looking for "spells" she could try out. She finds one and decides to give it a try.

Kristina: Telekeenetto objekto floattendo

There was a pause. Nothing seemed to be happening, until she felt something in her eyes. They began glowing green as she gasped and dropped the book. Wondering what was going on, she looks down to pick the book. But, just before she gets to pick it up, the book was surrounded in a green aura and began floating up in front of her eyes.

Kristina: What is that?

As Kristina kept changing the direction of where she was looking at, the book floated to the same position she was looking at. The book could also float forward and backwards, depending on how much she stares at that book.
Eventually, the spell wears off, Kristina's eyes stopped glowing and the book fell down. Kristina looked surprised at how the spell worked and the book was floating, as well as her being able to control it.

Kristina: Whoa. That must've been something new. That spell made me gain telekinetic abilities. *looks at the book again* So this book was, actually, magical!

Shortly after, she tries out a different spell this time:

"Dimentonaro Big Greene Portaletto"

Another pause. The book started to glow this time and a magic ball came out of it. The magic ball hit a nearby wall and opened a portal.

Through that portal Kristina casted, there was a room that looked similar to one from the Hero 108's universe. Then, Kristina heard familiar voices through it.

???: Um... Woo. Did you leave the portal open?

???: No, I didn't, Commander Apetrully. It seems like something has opened one.

Kristina: Apetrully? Woo the Wise?

Apetrully and Woo: Princess Isamu?

They both noticed each other through the portal and were surprised, mainly by the fact Woo's portal machine wasn't on.

Woo: This looks interesting. How can a portal open by itself without any intervention of my portal machine?

Kristina: Well. Actually, Woo, I opened the portal. And the first thing I got to see through it was your universe.

Apetrully: Wow, princess Isamu. And how did you manage to open it, by the way?

Kristina: For my surprise, and likely yours, (shows Apetrully and Woo the Wise, the book she was holding) it was this book from the library.

Apetrully and Woo were confused. They couldn't believe Kristina could open the portal with that book that looked normal for them, yet they didn't know it has magic powers.

Woo: Are you sure this book opened this portal, princess?

Apetrully: It looks normal too. Maybe you were reading a little too many stories.

Kristina: Not too many, but I'm telling the truth, guys. This book holds magic powers that are casted whenever I say one of its phrases written in its pages. Look.

Saying so, Kristina opens the book, scrolls through the pages of it and looks for a spell to show to Apetrully and Woo.

Kristina: Let's see... This one. "Warpaggio telepareeno inmedietto"

There was, yet, another short pause. Then, Kristina released a flash and disappeared in front of Apetrully and Woo's eyes.

Apetrully: She disappeared!

Woo: Looks like the princess wasn't kidding after all.

Kristina: Hey, Apetrully. Woo the Wise. Over here.

Not too far away from the portal machine room, Kristina was at the entrace of it, surprising both Apetrully and Woo, and, at the same time, making them believe the book actually has magic powers.

Woo: Oh my. That book really is magical after all, commander Apetrully.

Kristina: Yeah. And there are more spells written in it, which I tried and worked.

Apetrully: That surely is amazing, princess.

Woo: Hey, princess Isamu. With that book, I think you could use it along with your harmony powers, the same ones you got when you were captured by the Cocky Aliens, remember?

Kristina: *as she remembers how she got the harmony powers* Um... yeah. I think these could be a good combo to use. Just better watch out for HighRoller, of course.

Both Apetrully and Woo agreed with her statement, knowing HighRoller is looking for Kristina, because of her magic powers, and she doesn't want to be caught by him once again.

Kristina: By the way, my birthday is gonna come shortly this week too.

Apetrully: Oh, right. Have a happy birthday, princess. *goes to hug Kristina, along with Woo the Wise*

Kristina: Thank you, guys. *hugs and kisses them too* We could have a party that day when I get to visit you again with my magic book. By the way, since I hired the book from the library today, I have a couple of days left to return it there.

Apetrully: Sounds like a nice idea.

The portal Kristina made, then, started to slowly shrink. All 3 of them noticed it.

Kristina: Uh oh, I gotta return to my world before the portal closes. The magic in this book is temporary and won't last for long.

Woo: Okay then. I and Apetrully could see what we can do for your birthday gift once it comes.

Apetrully: Hope you have a great birthday in your world as well.

Kristina: I surely am.

As she said so, Kristina jumped through the portal while carrying her magic book as she returns to her home world, back in her house. She, then, looks back to the portal that was about to close and noticed both Apetrully and Woo waving her good bye.

Kristina: Tell the rest of the Big Green members and the animal Kings I said hi!

And the portal closed, leaving the wall where it was on intact. While she was looking at the magic book again, Kristina began to wonder what kind of gift were the Big Green going to give her, and if it could come handy for the next time she gets to visit the Hero 108 universe, or any other universe she'd like to visit.

As the days passed, Kristina continued reading the book and learning some more spells from it. There were spells like controlling some elements, minimize herself, enlarge other objects, invisibility, grow cat ears and tail on her body, among others. Once her birthday came out, she had a nice party with her friends and family, hoping everything could go well for her and her career. Kristina also had a party at the Hero 108 universe with Big Green and the Animal Kings, also there being hugs, kisses and good luck for her from Apetrully and co. After Kristina blew the candles on the cake, she talked to them.

Kristina: This is so nice from your part. I may still feel bad about what happened in the past, but with you and my family from my world I can feel better.

Apetrully: My pleasure, princess Isamu.

Woo: Like always, we're always here to help those who need it.

Mighty Ray: Except High Roller and his minions, of course.

Mystique Sonia: *giggles* You're right, banana boy.

Lin Chung, Mr. No Hands and Jumpy Ghostface agreed as well.

Mr. No Hands: Hey, princess. Why don't you check out the present we have for you.

Kristina looked at the present in the corner of the room and went to open it. Much to her surprise, it was a book with magic spells written in it, similar to the book she got from the library, but written differently and with less words for each spell.

Kristina: Hey. This looks like the book from my world's library, except it's from here. *checks out the pages* And it has spells written too, but they seem shorter.

Apetrully: Why don't you try one?

Kristina: Okay. Let me see. *looks for a spell* How about this one. "Eye Bolts"

Kristina's eyes, then, began to glow and generate static. Her friends were backing away before Kristina unleashed an electric beam from her eyes, similar to how Mighty Ray does when he eats bananas. Lin Chung is quick enough to use a wooden shield to stop that beam and cause any harm to the room they were into.

Kristina: Whoa! Sorry if that happened.

Mighty Ray: It's okay, princess. You still have to learn how to use such powerful power.

Kristina: Yeah, you're right, Mighty Ray.

They all laughed after that.

After the party, Kristina had to return back home again through the portal, since it's the day she has to return the book back to the library. She told Big Green to keep the magic book she got from the party safe from High Roller and the Zebra Brothers, knowing what he wants. They waved good bye as the portal closed.

Kristina: Well. Now it's time to return this book back to the library I found it.

She was about to put the book in the bag, before getting an idea in mind.

Kristina: Hmm. Maybe I could try one more spell to get there faster. *pulls out the book again, looks for a spell and says* "Floatoona Aereth Intoo Airia"

However, that spell Kristina said was one she didn't use yet. After saying it, her eyes began to glow blue and she started to float into the air.

Kristina: W-What's going on? I'm floating.

She was floating higher and higher, eventually getting higher than the roof of her house and the tree in the backyard.

Kristina: (worried) How do I control this spell?

Kristina began flailing her limbs expecting someone to notice her and come for help, but, instead, she started to move in different directions. She, then, finds out that each movement of her limbs make her act like if she was propeling herself like the Human Torch does in the Fantastic 4.

Kristina: Hmm... I think I get how it works now.

She stretches her legs down and places her arms down. Then, she began focusing, and started to move in a direction as she was looking down to the ground.

Kristina: Is working. Now, it's time to return the book.

Saying so, Kristina propeled herself to the direction the library was, expecting to get there in time before the spell runs out.

A few minutes have passed and she was about meters to get there, but, then, she started to lose altitude and get closer to the ground. The spell wore off and Kristina landed on the ground, but, surprisingly, she was right at the entrace of it. Kristina checked the book again and noticed it changed into its previous design, the "Veggie Tales" one.

Kristina: Well. At least I made it in time.

At the registration table, the employee took the book Kristina had.

Employee: Thanks for returning this book to the library. You know, I've seen people coming back with that book, who were saying that it was misunderstanding and not Veggie Tales.

Kristina: I see. The same thing happened to me, but I checked it out after a while.

Employee: Did you like the book anyway?

Kristina: Yeah, I surely did. *winks*

Thanks.
I've shown Kristina the progress of the story while it was in development before and she liked it.
