I wanted to draw a sorcerer, but I also wanted to practice drawing Joseph. and make concept of alternate Mountie uniforms for Canadian Royal. So I sort of combined that...Joseph is using his magic to fight some kind of magical Ice thing (His magic base is electricity, and he uses his police baton to make it more manageable, but he also rarely uses it), after this incident is when Saffron became clingy to Joseph
