I like the alternate perspective created with the shadows of the people and whatnot... the fuzzy edges makes it a bit more surreal, but I think it's the way this is in monotone that impacts the atmosphere and mood most of all... to convey a sense of profundity, I guess.
The framing is quite cool and I like how there are so many people there as well, as if they were there for a gathering or something else equally important?
You just expect them to come to life, in a way...

thank you very much! yeah it was a great gathering for the Argentinean countrymen. "Dia de la tradicion" "day of tradition" is a really fun and amazing gathering where all the classic "gauchos" meet and compete with all kind of horses.

The shadows here are impressive. How much manipulation went into it.

Actually none, just turned it to black and white and increased the contrast a bit.
