Finally! After two years of waiting, even rumors about if it was cancelled, The Cuphead Show is here!!

Pros: You have no idea how much I was waiting to the release of this show. You know how I'm obsessed with the 30s cartoons styles, and this is all Cuphead's fault. And I can proudly say that this show was everything I wanted to see in a cartoon of this character. Great voice actors, characters designs who respect the original characters from the game, even the minor characters designs are unique, and for the people who complains that the series are not made in hand-drawn animation, here's a fact: hand-drawn animation is NOT easy to do. The music is literally pure oschestral jazz music used in old cartoons which is magnifique to hear. I love the fact that they give personallity to each characters: Cuphead is the dare-devil boy, Mugman is the guy who don't take risks, Chalice is a rascal girl and The Devil is a Hades-like villain (a villain that is vile and cruel but at the same time is totally funny). The comedy is something that I enjoyed to watch, specially the slapstick humor. I really love that they include the bosses of the game as recurring characters and not as cameos.

Cons: The 1st season can be disappointing for some people, and I can see why. There was too much expectations about the show, like "it's gonna be the same story as the game", if you was waiting to see a show about Cuphead and Mugman kicking out bosses' butts for their contracts in each episodes, well sorry but that's not what is this show about. The comedy can be stupid at times specially some gags.

Score: 10/10, this is by far my favorite show from this year. If Funko do Pops based on the show (and no, the Pops from the game doesn't count), I'll buy them. If you are a fan of the rubber-hose cartoons from the 30s this show is for you.
