Loss/Death

This time I drew a character whose death played a major roll in the series. Mufasa wasn't the only wise ruler whose death was a great loss. Queen Janna, ruler of the Tree of Life, keeper of the knowledge of the past and healing, as well as leader of the Night Pride, but first of all a loving mother and grandmother.

As you can see she isn't that old in this picture, I wanted to depict her in her younger years for a change, so there might be minor changes from her design as an older queen ;3 I quickly noticed how unused I am in drawing her, I think this has been the fist time I property drew her instead of just quickly sketching her on paper.
