Wow, that's actually pretty good! I'm not a Flash fan (or hater), but I can definitely appreciate the talent.
Though, unless you are selling prints or digital copies, I would put the watermark somewhere less distracting.
Or maybe sign somewhere on Flash, which looks less unnatural, yet still marks it as your own.

They really need to develop his character more, though. Unfortunately, so many people hate him, that I think the MLP staff are too afraid of using him in a greater capacity.

MLP staff is not afraid and don't care about the hater why? because you can see Flurry and Starlight is hated of many people but Flurry can still appear in MLP and Starlight can still appear in MLP and appear in EG so why Starlight in hate but still can appear in the many show? This is why MLP staff is not afraid and don't care what the hater do.
One more thing,Flash Sentry is not the only one in hate from MLP.
