It has a deep meaning.. at least, that's what I see... kind of like.. she's a scary person on the outside, but quite reserve or calm on the inside.. a very interesting piece. This is definitely art I'd find in a museum.. :3

who ever the little girl is she needs to turn around and run like hell...i'ld love to be able to see this peice up close...like hold it in my hands... clicked it but it still didn't seem large enough or my eyes are not sharp enough to see all the detail....at first i thought it was an old twisted gnarled tree trunk then i said no its smoke...the eyes remind me of sand dollars...looks like you could put your hand in and feel the bits of texture...very good indeed

Thank you for the ! Lol. Actually, the girl lives there... in a creepy dark wood. I had to scale it down a bit or else I'd be lost in doing the details (and I have no time for that). But it's not a big piece anyway. Originally I was going to use a lot of Photoshop for the piece but then I liked the texture that I had from pencil so I kept it.

No, it's something I made up while drawing it. The little girl is saying it. Actually, come to think of it I did have a dream of skeleton trees once... don't remember what it was about though.

Yeah, actually the brighter parts were originally light gray. But when I was looking at it, it was too dull so I decided to add a bit of white. I see where you're going though. Thanks!!
