Juffy, I ... I am quite literally at a loss for words to describe how awesome this is. I mean, first I was all like "Oh my God, this is awesome!" and that was followed by a tapestry of incoherent words woven together in a moment of pure joy when seeing this. I think that describes my reaction quite well.
Honestly, Juffy, thank you so very much. I mean, I know you did it for the 100 picture challenge, but I still want to thank you. You really made Funzi look awesome, especially that look about him and expression he's got. It's better than I would have hoped for for a character of mine to have turned out. I might be a little biased because he is my character, but I just absolutely love this picture (and I actually like that roughness, by the way). And I love the light in it, which quite appropriate considering the theme for the picture. And the words you wrote: amazing. Seriously, seeing this picture made my day. I just want to thank you again for doing that.

If you can draw a picture like that late at night when you're half asleep, then it means you've got some great drawing skills. I don't think it's messy. I looked at it and I thought it was that great Juffy style I always loved about your work.
To be honest, the only description of how Funzi looks is in his character profile written back in August, and my idea of how he looks has kind of evolved over time. As in, I just reviewed what I wrote for his physical description, and I was all like "I don't remember all that". And really, I never had a solid mental picture of how he looked, anyway. So you did great! You got most of the big things I always pictured (the reddish mane, the goatee tuft, the overall color of the fur). I would say thinness as well, but it's really hard to tell from this angle. All that stuff you nailed. Really. I recognized him before I even read your description. And then came the aforementioned incoherent verbal tapestry of joy.
Seriously, Juffy, I love it. You took time to draw a picture of my character. That's just awesome. If you don't mind, I'll probably be imagining this drawing whenever I think of Funzi from now until at least the foreseeable future. Seriously, Juffy, thanks!

Woah, he looks pretty cool! I love the use of 'light' in this. It's very atmospheric. Also, that goatee is pretty coool.
