Oh. Now this one's sad. It just gets you. Like...that. You know? Maybe? Anyways, the word for this one: poignant. Definitely poignant. And it's amazing how you've got the colors and the sun and the silhouettes. I would say the lighting overall is amazing, but it doesn't seem quite right around Nala. I mean, I love how you have Zazu silhouetted, but if Zazu is and considering where Nala is, then it seems she should be more silhouetted than she is. I'm not a master of light, so I'm not sure if that's what should happen or not. But it's hard saying that because I don't think the scene would have had as much impact if we couldn't see Nala because of silhouette. But it just seems odd to me all the same. It's certainly a puzzle of lighting. Also, Nala seems crisp and in focus, yet the ground she is standing on is blurry. I'm guessing that's for artistic effect as well, but the blurry ground/crisp Nala thing just makes it seem she was just tacked on during the last minute. But all that's just my opinion, of course.
The scene itself, and what you are portraying, is incredible. I find it full of emotion (want, denial, pain, grief, sadness, et cetera). Like I said, it has a sad poignancy thrown in with a tad of irony. The back turned, silhouetted, silent Zazu just brings it all together to a higher level in my eye. I find it's the sad stuff that really gets to me more than the happy stuff. I think it's because of taking English with Literature in school. But I digress. Despite the (possible) flaws I pointed out, it manages to strike that emotional chord that tends to get me rambling in my comments (sorry about that). It's the emotion, not the technical skill alone, that makes this picture in my opinion. Certainly favoritized. Great job.

Thaanks for the nice long comment I think you win the longest comment i've received to date. It's always so nice for another artist to point out the deeper side of the picture when I hadn't seen it that way. Perhaps I had, but I never put words to it. About the light problem, I guess you're right. Nala would have to be darker if Zazu is silhouetted that way. However, you can view it as Zazu standing under a tree, or the fact that Zazu is standing so close to the 'camera' that extra shadow has cast over in his face. Nala, being further behind, has no other objects to provide the extra shading, and thus is lighter. Yes, if the tree is closer to us, then the tree of the shadow will cast towards us too, unless the canopy stretches out and over Zazu with which we cannot see. i think that makes more sense. About the ground being fuzzy and Nala being overly defined comparatively, I'll tell you a common artist secret (at least it was my secret). I wish that I can have a deep and meaningful explanation to it all, but the truth is that there isn't. I was just lazy. xDD Sorry if that takes the kick out of the picture.
Anyhow, I'm glad you like it. The intended effect was much stronger than it started out to be. I aimed for it to be dark, but sometimes when you draw, some accidental element seeps into the picture taken it to another level. Only a few of my pictures had had that accidental element and I've been trying to reproduce in a few other of my pictures. It comes when it wants to come.

I can see what you're saying about the lighting. Perhaps I was being a little too nitpicky. But I'm glad that you like my analyzing of the picture. Like I said, sometimes when I start talking on a subject, I just tend to ramble. But yeah, there are things we can't control with art. Sometimes, greatness just happens. That little unintentional thing that somehow makes it great. I'm not an art expert, so I may completely wrong, but that's what I think.
