Just a little overview of the lore:

Iskriya is loosely based on India, with greek and fantasy influences. The country is known for delicous cuisine, silk, ivory carvings and the Hayanabi riders. These are warriors, that ride on Yitheros, beasts that are related to elephants. Iskriya is ruled by Maharaja Majhuna Sassid Pavis.

Nithis. A country whos government was overthrown by a radical party known as "The Green Tower" 50 years ago. It is now completly isolated and ruled by a council of 12 members, that all plot something against each other. It's western coast is heavily fortified and armed with cannons, as a result of a rapid modernization by western standards.

Yoni is one of the most efficient and bureaucratic states in the world. It's emperor, Zan'ghanis Teki spends most of his time breeding over new ideas with his advisors and scientists. By today's standards he'd probably go as autistic. In Yoni, one of the earliest civilizations formed and it went through about a hundred names and forms during it's existence.

Gol Orsemas is more of a union than a single country. It's ruling people are the Orsemians, the children of the great Orsem. They are similarily civilized as the Yonians and known for beautiful art and toppery. The further north you go, the more nomadic the people become.
