liked making the original team avatar so much that I made one for the new team with korra as well
featuring Korra, Bolin, Mako, Asami, Naga and Pabu from book 4

maybe it wasn't the best idea to draw asami looking sideways though :/
also had trouble finishing this one after the bad news from last night
made this in around 6 hours and 10 minutes

Hmmm...you know, in a way, I would have been too. But it was too much of a slap in the face. From what I understand, it was more targeted towards the teen and young adult audience, and they would have been more able to handle same-sex relationships if it was more developed. I personally would have preferred a more open, non-relationship ending where it would have been up to the audience to imagine if Korra ended up with ANYONE at all. With the Korra and Asami ending, it could have had more development, that way parents would have decided if they wanted their kids or teens to see this or not or at least discuss same-sex themes in CARTOONSΒ with their kids. But who knows? Anyway, this pic is my perfect Korra ending.
