k, do you know of any good video's that can help me with how to use the layers and how to color? Because I love to draw anime and manga.

Actually no, I don't know of any that would explain how layers and such works when painting in PS. I guess do searches on youtube for photoshop tutorials?
I'll do some tutorials (when I have time again), but they wont be in video format sadly.
