Started drawing this with my first set of colour pencils I ever got. I didn't think I was going to make much of it at first and thought about leaving it incomplete. But it turned out better than I expected. Did this much quicker than my other drawings. Usually they take at least a dozen hours I think. This took me around three.Related content

Usually I use polychromos, but for this I used Derwent DRAWING. I first got that set when I didn't know how to properly use them. Now I think I've got the hang of colour pencils a bit. Tried them out again after three years. Results surprisingly good, at least by my standards.

Yes,Derwent cp's are among the best...I only prefer Prismacolors to them.

Prismacolours! When I lived in England (where I got interested in drawing in the first place) I tried to get my hands on them but they simply were not commonly available. So I guess I never got the hang of using them.

Yet I was thinking in my country it's hard to access art material!!Fortunately I've stored enough Prisma's to use for a long time.
