Thanks! For android I would start by downloading a launcher, most will allow icon changing. For the widgets I used minimalistic text and made them in a minute basically. Widget locker is used to customize the lock screen. After that its just changing icons and wallpapers and downloading widgetlocker, uccw and minimalistic text widgets.

There's actually no dock in this shot. I hid the dock to put widgets down there. And this is a working screenshot, I'm currently using it throughout the day.
