Physalis alkekengi (Bladder cherry, Chinese lantern, Japanese lantern, or Winter cherry; Japanese: hΕzuki), is a relative of P. peruviana (Cape Gooseberry), easily identifiable by the larger, bright orange to red papery covering over its fruit, which resemble Chinese lanterns. It is native from southern Europe east across southern Asia to Japan. - taken from wikipedia [link]
These are not edible, however Physalis peruviana are and they are very tasty too!

oh, it's such a pretty photograph. I think that it could be pictured in a national Geographic 
I wanted to ask if I could try to vexel it? I would be really honoured, if I could try. I don't want to start with people and I read that you should take a picture, which you love looking at and yours just seems perfect. I do understand if you don't want that though.
