Back when I was known under a different name, I used to make thumbnails that would be considered strange, yet kid-friendly, like this one. This one is of where a noob gets so sick that his skin had gotten paler (until, y'know, he eventually gets cured) to the point of becoming kind of unrecognizable, so he visits a nurse at the hospital.

Basically, I was playing around with the "Sick Episode" trope in Roblox Studio.
