PLUTO STATION INCIDENT - A MATTER OF UTMOST URGENCY - TRANSCRIPT 9

APRIL 9 - 1600 HRS - YEAR [REDACTED]

Following the reactivation of the trans-dimensional gateway, a harrowing incident occurred at Site 97 resulting in the deaths of 182 site personnel. A total of 9 entities came out of the portal within a span of 6 hours. During the first hour, 2 entities came forth and were ascertained to be human and recognized as the 1st and 3rd envoy. The envoys were frantic upon arrival and demanded the evacuation of the site immediately, to which they were restrained and kept in confinement for further investigation and debriefing.

On the 5th hour, abnormal energy spikes were detected on the portal, followed by the emergence of 7 entities. What was expected to be the rest of the envoys instead, were unidentified beings that immediately unleashed wanton carnage upon the station. The site was put on red alert for approximately 84 hours, and following distress calls from the site, all in-bound vessels to the station were immediately ordered to turn around. The site was effectively on absolute lockdown.

On-site troopers were dispatched in order to deal with the threat, but quickly discovered that their efforts were futile. A survivor, [REDACTED], reported that the entities could not be killed with conventional weapons, and seemed to "distort reality around them". Out of the 20 personnel who made it out alive, Only 5 remained coherent post-evacuation. The rest devolved into a state of catatonia and delirium, and would ramble on and on about something "red".

As for the 2 envoys, surveillance has determined they were last seen heading for the site hangar. Following this, an on-site vessel took off without clearance with no indication of destination. We have reason to believe the occupants are the envoys themselves. By mandate of the Synod, they are now to be considered fugitives.
