My character design for class assignment(concept art). This is my version of hades. Combination of centaur and chimera.

Background story for this guy is, Hades alone stayed in the Underworld for so long and eventually got corrupted by his own conscious. Could not tell what is right and wrong anymore. His appearance slowly change into this hideous monster. The snake heads that grew out of its shoulder act as advisors to Hades, constantly telling him what to do.

Got a merit award for this piece of artwork in 2010 The One Academy Oscar Awards.
