i think it was wa wonderful wonderful I dea to put those two together. the curvy street underlines the curves of her face, the color tone matches almost unintentionally and most of all, the two different directions the pics are heading to make the composition very "fast" and exiting although the motives are kinda "asleep".
I think this is a very nice contradiction.

maybe you could try adding a filter using lightroom or photoshop. thats what i usually do when the cold tones don't really turn out that great with my camera. also, you usually get colder tones when theres a lot of blue around in the photo, so the light relfected off isn't as warm. if that makes any sense or is helpful at all
