We were driving into Yosemite Valley and this view caught my eye, so I asked Dan to pull over on the side of the road where I got out and took a few photos of this landscape. I was taken away by the lighting, the colour washed over the mountains, the perfectly swirling river running in between the mountains and the little patches of snow scattered around the place. I was thinking how lucky I am to be here right now in this moment, how beautiful the world is
