this is taken from a screen shot of Laura Vandervoort who plays Kara from Krypton (Clark Kent's cousin for all mah not-so-intense-superhero-nerds)
on Smallville on some A3 i just kinda randomly did it to take a break from my WIP of kurikurikuririn's little brother(and i know the nose seems really crooked, but thats how it was in the ref. picture. killed me the whole time. but thats how it was...)

But seriously, i'm a timid shader, so my sketches don't have very dark shadows. This picture pops out at you because of all the dark details!! plus, you can really see the detail on the brow. I'm just...wow
