i don't like how rose was characterized in the game. while he definitely used leon, i felt his character was too kind-hearted to actually do something like that, especially for a plan with such devastating consequences. i feel like he would've worked better if he was a chaotic neutral kind of villain with more twisted sense of what a utopia would be like, kinda like pokemon X lysandre, who wanted to keep everyone beautiful by making them immortal.

good thing we can have headcanons ;> i like to think he's more of a manipulator than the games show, especially with leon.
