i realy cant understand WTF happen between Vivienne and DollCreep about JiJi or Jay Jay :/
After i watch the Vivz video on Youtube i feel the need to draw a fanart of that caracter but obviously i have put credit to Vivz :/
So......who have her rights now ?

a woman named but it was under the circumstances that her appearance was changed 'again'. I plan on keeping the old character design of Jiji even if they may or may not know about me doing this.
The Jiji Wolf that I know and loved was one who represented the nostalgia of my old childhood years with more mature uses and surreal animations that came from the best of the animation that came before all of us. and her colors and art style brought life to a character created by . Considering they've made up and yet Dollcreep is now off elsewhere... I'm left with a feeling like there's just been an abandonment of the old and the unliked. The negativity of the whole thing, the missunderstandings of who-did-what and how, it ended up spiraling down to a bad rap.
From the act of leaving out a mention of dollcreep being jiji's creator, to the words that vivienne was bad mouthing fans or the such, to bad uses of contract making that wasn't legit in the first place, it wasn't all that that made me feel like she was abandoned ... it was simply the idea that 'i don't want to be involved with this anymore' that is the guilty party. The original Jiji design being used for JayJay in a new design is simply a change of one character evolving into another. But to give the rights to the name jiji...without any backing behind knowing, remembering, or understanding the full implication of how the character was suppose to be ...
I see her being drawn on occasion in the new design once or twice only ... The Jay Jay character is being put up for a commercial ... but ... I want the old jiji I know back.
I want the spontaneous loving character, I want the ever delighted colors and vibrant design, I want the idea that something old that we grew up with can take on a new life and make us feel ALIVE! I want to express what I felt when I saw her. I felt FUCKING ALIVE!
I won't deny it. I became obsessed with vivienne, I tried to voice act and failed, I feel bad that I complained about the prices of her patreon when she thought I said 'you're not doing enough' when she's been CLEARLY struggling with her work! I tried to get close with Dollcreep - jordyn taylor Fischer - and had a moment of a role play with them, even got a picture from them as a thank you! But after bugging them for so long I feel like I made them veer away from me. I got in touch with star-vader and was being told about the whole issue... but ... what she told me made me only question...
'if you were the one talking to dollcreep that day, I'm sure he would've given jiji to you'..
... all i ask is.. 'is it really how it could've been'...
but now jiji is in another persons arms ... another persons embrace and inspiration of imagination... I plan on drawing how I loved Jiji and how she came to me as an inspiration ...
I don't give any shits about anything else other than expressing how I felt ... what was inside me and what got put in there ...
in the end ... I love her and I hate what she went through. I love jiji.
and that'll never change.

It's quite clear that you are obsessed with jiji to a point where you pushed these artists away , you can't keep the original design of jiji the blue color scheme belongs to viv and the blonde one belongs to star-vader who kept jiji's name with the character just not the colors. You can draw the original jiji but it's best you not post it publically so it won't confuse people like this and just leave the subject matter alone since they all resolved it , in my opinion.

It wouldn't feel as fair. Just hiding an emotion like that is like saying I'm ashamed of what I went through. I have no idea how else to tactfully approach this but I was going to go on with this as is otherwise. I don't hate the artists. I simply hated the predicament that came from it.

Even so it's not fair to take the original design of jiji for yourself like that when the matter had already been established there isn't anything wrong with drawing her original blue self but you can't claim her as your own to be honest. I understand what you're saying but there isn't anything wrong with drawing fanart but if you're claiming her it will cause a lot of confusion with people and comments

Keeping is like saying claim you can draw her however you want really just phrase your words better
