This is one of the most attractive faces I've ever laid my eyes on.  Initially, I thought he was some sort of beautiful faerie king.  I was very entertained, however, when I read the title of this piece, since I can think of few fictional characters I'd hate to spend time with more than Sauron!  XD

Beautiful! I love work like this with a limited palette and the courage to leave large areas relatively plain. It makes for a very striking, satisfying image. Let me ask - do you ink in the lines after the watercolour, or before?

the combination of elegant shapes with details and patterns is perfect. i also like the colors you chose. the feather shapes and colors remind me of peacock, was it your intention? and if yes, why peacock?
