One of my original characters, Jacob Noe. He's probably one of my most developed, and one of my favorites. I've been bringing him out for RPs for about the last four years now.In this drawing, he's got shaggy and longish hair because he's the sort who forgets about getting regular hair cuts, thus the comment up there~
