a home made 4-tier Sushi Cake goodness.

helped my brother by preparing ingredients while he made this cake for the post-Christmas party family reunion.

It is topped by a salmon-rose and each layer of sushi goodness had different ingredients in it.
From usual salmon and tuna slices and layered with Tobiko and Tamago with some Oboro, Togarashi and Shiitaki Mushroom layer as well as the Mango and Shrimp layer.
