First thing I thought was, "It Yutaka from Lucky Star!" Then all I could think of was her singing the 'Moji Pittan' Song that she sings in the episode and having Babs open the door like Konata does to embarrass her. Like in long version video. Someone took the entire song and added the animation from the movie. It's cute. The part I am talking about is at the end.
