Who doesn't like Penny?Seriously, pretty much everyone considers her the main protagonist of 'Inspector Gadget'
I'm rather pleased with how the main sprite turned out, though I couldn't decide on how to make the eyelashes (hence the 5, similar Penny's lining the bottom of the image).
I'm genuinely surprised at how well the posture and hands turned out (at least compared to what I've made in the past). It's almost, almost, something I might be proud of.

I love this! You know I always wondered how exactly she was related to Gadget. Is she the daughter of his sister or brother or does she secretly work for Doctor Claw and gone good which is why he always thinks Gadget is the reason his plans go up in smoke because he doesn't think Penny would betray him?
Clearly I thought too much about this. Still great job!
