To keep me in exercise, i let myself do a couple of small doodles every day now that my hand is getting a lil' better... And this is what i produced xDThere is some style development, as you can see ;3 i'm trying to work better on facial features... And decided to jot down the mental images i got from the Baley story arch (i think the books are Steel Abysses, Naked Sun, Robots of Dawn, The Robots and the Empire).
Asimov always gives so little information on the character appearence, and so scattered around, that i got wrong images of the characters, like Gladia is supposed to be blonde but it wasn't told in the first book... So now in my head she's brunette! And Giskard was descibed just as "looks like a robot" *headdesk*
Elijah was made accurately but i'm not much happy on how he turned out...
I'm not sure anyone knows them here but if someone does, i'm up for geeky talk anytime
For the ones who don't... Read them dammit, they're byootiful.

Uh well darling you might want to start out by copying photos, and then studying anatomy (seriously, put your butt on the chair and study even the muscles' names)... And keep practising! Art is much like playing an instrument and you might have rhythm or musical sense but if you don't practice every day and study your music you'll still sound like a beginner... Get it?

Lije, I think, would look a bit less...intellectually rigid? If you get my meaning? And Daneel, I've always thought, was more chiselled than cute. (And yup, I am particularly fond of him too. 
Giskard, of course, looks exactly like a robot.

Ah ah yeah i understand completely... My mental image was very fuzzy and probably i got influenced by my father since they're close of age xD

My tendons seems to be fatigued >: i'm not really sure on how to explain it in english. But yes it's like the feeling after drawing for too long without pauses, but it kicks in the moment i use the hand for anything *sigh* the rest of the time it feels partially numb anyways.
I'm going on with a couple therapies now so i feel better <3 I actually never really stopped, i'm even studying with ~RiccardoPieruccini as teacher every week... I just take it as easy as possible P: I hate not being able to work for more than an hour without reaching for the ice pack though... รง - รง

I was used to have that sometimes in the past when I drew for many hours so I'm trying to not draw for too long anymore and so it didn't happen for a long time since. Sorry it happened to you though! If I were you I'd take a 100% break from drawing just for 2-3 weeks, let your hand restore itself, otherwise if you strain it for 1 hour every day it might take forever to heal, like a wound if you scratch it every day. But I'm no real doctor you know! ^_^ I hope you've already visited one though!
