While the detail on the guitar is great, there are some problems. First of all, unless the girl's really small, the guitar is friggin HUGE. Second, it should be much closer to the centerline of her body (moved over toward the girl's left). When you're holding a guitar, the weight is all in the body, and having it out to the side like that is very uncomfortable and unnatural. Third is just minor gripes; guitar cables are a bit stiffer than that, they don't drop from the guitar in a straight line; also the frets are not evenly spaced but rather further apart near the headstock and closer together toward the body. Also also, that's a Fender Telecaster, right? If so, the top of the body's a bit off, and I'm not aware of any telecasters having that particular style of bridge.
But other than those minor things, nice job on the guitar! You should do more guitar pics. Also, nice job on the floor and background.
