When the scepter is in this form, it has self-awareness, can walk on ceilings and walls, its strength is enhanced, and in addition it can launch balls of dark energy from its hands and dark beams.
It has a dark invocation symbol protruding from within its central crystal, three eyes protruding from its ball below the base, and its true eyes, which are located protruding from the upper crystal. The scepter can also summon mini scepters which it uses as minions.
The scepter will only assume this form if it loses its hold on star power.
