Personality: BlockOff is a bit of a sourpuss, to put it lightly. Grumpy, always complaining and pricklier than a cactus, he just wants to be left alone and to do his own thing, only to involuntarily always get dragged into other people's messes, much to his own disliking.

Powers/Abilities:
-Enhanced Strength, Agility, Durability, Dexterity and Reflexes

Weaknesses:
-Despite his shape-changing abilities, BlockOff can be broken when hit with enough force. However, he can just as easily rebuild himself afterward.
-Beings that can become intangible, such as Ectonurites and Necrofriggians, can easily phase through BlockOff if he were to trap them in a dome.
-While BlockOff is highly durable to an extent, he can still feel pain, with one prominent example him being run over by a train when a bridge was blasted out.
--The same can be said for his elasticity, as he was under stress and strain when attempting to stop 77 Rook's Proto-TRUK after it has been stolen.
-BlockOff does have a strength limit, as he was unable to punch through the deflector shield of an Incursean Tank.
-BlockOff is vulnerable to acidic substances. Subsequently, he'll be unable to withstand the pain and may need to wash off the acid with water.
-BlockOff is vulnerable to the gravikinetic abilities of a Galilean, as well as the Telekinesis of a Celestialsapien.
-Like any other organic beings, BlockOff is vulnerable to being erased from existence by a Chronosapien Time Bomb.
